I went to this store today with my father-in-law because I saw their ad specials in the paper. One guy looked at us and kept walking pass us until a second older man asked if we needed help. The both of us decided we were already going to spend at least $1000 each. We browsed for a bit and looked at a few handguns. We were looking for a small handgun for CCW. Mind you my background is that I served in the US Armed Forces for 8 years. I asked to see a Glock, S&W, and Sig. Whenever I go purchase a handgun in any store I always check inside the receiver and the slide for quality or sub standard parts. I field strip a Glock to take a look at the striker and few other parts. I was immediately told by the employee you never ever walk into any gun shop and start taking things apart. And the employee lectured me for the next 5 minutes about never taking the gun apart. I apologized anyway and quickly left the store as I did not want to argue about how you talk to a customer. Between myself and my father-in-law we just wanted to add a few more to the collection. We been to a few other shops around town like Freedom, Gun Garage, and Peace and they were all great and pleasant experiences. Would you ever go buy a car and not check under the hood?
