  • Welcome to the hood! The place was pretty busy. Full of old people and families, which just seemed weird to me. (My neighborhood usually seems to be young adults 28-35 year olds) After waiting 10 minutes to get seated we were warmly greeted by our server, placed our order and waited 45 minutes for our burger. I was literally starving at this moment. The place isn't THAT BUSY.. but I'm sure they don't have a groove yet..another 15 minutes, no burger. LITERALLY turning into a snickers commercial.. WHY DIDNT I GO TO ZIPPS? SANTAN? I'm morphing into the crying baby next to me.. FEED ME. The burger comes. It's boring, cheese, medium rare like I asked..but no jalapeños, no lettuce, no tomatoes..a super lame pickle and the pretzel bread is kinda hard.. and the onion straws were burnt to a crisp..I don't mind burnt food, but would've liked more onions. *see picture* Let's just say I'm not impressed. However, I've been to the other locations and know how good it can be.. Our server was 5 stars, but I have plenty of friends.. I came here to EAT. 3 stars for amazing service. Rule for all restaurants.. Don't make me eat carbs I don't love. I'll give you another try. TBC..
