  • WHAT IS WRONG WITH DELTA AT PHOENIX? I have routinely flown Delta and American and EVERYTIME there seems to be some problem at the Phoenix airport? If its not TSA Pre-check closing because they're a bunch of lazy SOBs, then the Delta ticket county has a huge line and this is the PRIORITY FIRST CLASS!!! I was flying come today and there was a line that was a mile long for the PRIORITY FIRST CLASS?? They had two different delta employees each helping people who had missed their flights and in the meantime the line wasn't moving and everyone else couldn't get checked into their flight!!!! THEN I get home to Indy and one of my luggage didn't make it???? WTF was TSA doing? How does one bag make it and the other doesn't? Well at least TSA Pre check was open. Delta employees and TSA need retraining, they need to go to Atlanta's airport, who always gets it right, and LEARN how the process works because they are royally effing it up!
