rev:text	I had no problem with them when we lived there - they were very prompt in getting our issues fixed but when it comes to the exit of your contract - think twice before you rent from them. I am still waiting for our check and we moved out October 31st. I was told they have a month to get us our check but now it is December 31st and still nothing. I even informed them of my new address before moving and contacted them several times through emails about our confirmation of moving out and still no word, the 31st of October came and went and no sign of him to come to pick up the keys or inspect in front of us. He called me about wanting to switch over the utilities and I told him of the move out time and that was the last I heard from him. I returned everything to the office location since I had not heard from him. They went from being good to being very bad all in one swoop when they couldn't manage to take care of things in the end. I love the Owners - they are very nice people and were kind enough not raise our rent in the 6 years we were there. They considered us good renters and this is how we are treated by the broker that is taking care of the house for them. Beware also of having to pay for their fees when you have to have repairs done - they expect you to pay up front for them and then they reimburse you. Not everyone has extra cash laying around to cover this fee, luckily we did. All I can say is beware of this company on the exit of your agreement.
