  • Very disappointed with my experience. My mother,sister, and I went to get our hair done and my mother also to get makeup done.The appointment for my mother and sister was at 3:45 and mine was at 4. I received a call saying that my lady was running late but she did not say anything about my mom's lady running late.We arrived early and were seated late because they forgot about us and began seating people that came in after us. After two people were seated we decided to ask them what was going on. Just by the look on the woman's face you could tell that she completely forgot about us. Finally after everything was settled and we were all seated we started to get our hair done. They turned all of us away from the mirror so we had no way of seeing what they were doing which meant that we had no way of commenting on what we liked or didn't like. My sister had a great experience and her hair looked great and she was seated on time so I have no complaints about that. My mom absolutely hated her hair and even told the lady not to put hairspray on because she was going to fix it when she got home and because we were in a hurry and they were running behind she didn't have time to get her makeup done. My hair turned out okay but I really did not like that there was no way for me to see what my hair looked like until the end. From a business standpoint, the place has an amateur set up and very weak customer service. Will not go again.
