  • When I first heard about Parking Ticket Guys, I was stoked. That was essentially the only positive experience I had with them. After paying Michael, the owner, to fight a ticket for me, he never followed through on fighting or covering the ticket, so when I went to renew my stickers, I had the pay the bill for the ticket he blew off. I immediately called, and the owner said he'd reimburse me. Great. Then after a week or two of calling him daily to get that sorted out, he said there was no record of me in the system, I never filed the ticket, blah blah blah, a bunch of BS to get around paying me back. All of this despite emails back and forth about getting a notice of trial, and proof of payment to him on my credit card statement. The whole process was a nightmare, and the owner is one of the least professional people I've ever encountered in my life, yet unfortunately he carries on taking advantage of undeserving people. Do yourself a favour: do not give PTG a dime. Or take the money you would pay him, and throw it in a blender, because at least that way, you can see the money you just wasted. He's a scam artist, and you're better off paying the ticket or fighting it yourself.
