  • A big shout out of THANK YOU to North Valley Mechanical. My house AC was not happy, called Kendra at 8 am, and there was a technician at my door at 3 pm when I returned for the day. SAME DAY SERVICE!!!! I have know for a year the AC was on its last legs....finally had to bite the bullet and buy a new one. North Valley honored their quote from last year, even thought the manufacturer has had a price increase. The guys showed up early for the installation today. Even the crane driver was ahead of schedule. Tim, Richaard, and Derrick were all friendly, polite, and very conscientious. They haven't even left yet and my house is cold like I have never experienced! If you need AC service, don't hesitate, call Kendra at North Valley Mechanical.
