| - My son & I visited Makutu's Island. He is almost 13 months and I took him there to play in the toddler area. In the main area, he enjoyed running around and looking at the fish tanks, but it was a little too fast paced for him, which is completely understandable. As I entered the toddler room, we had fun at first, but then a grumpy worker told us we needed to leave and go put socks on instead of shoes. My son's "shoes" are sock - shoes, and I wasn't even playing on the equipment. This wasn't such a huge deal, and we paid $7 for 2 pairs of socks. When we returned, there were several children who were at least 7 - 10 years old playing in the toddler area, trampling over my son, knocking him down, and taking up the equipment. The same worker didn't ask them to leave, and this ruined our experience. I feel like I wasted $12 to get in and $7 on socks, as we could hardly enjoy our time.
