  • I have to start by saying I used to love this place, in fact I bought 3 vehicles in the past with no issues and great deals. Now is another story.... My husband and I went in trying to get into a used SUV with a specific payment that was optimal in mind. Now it was flexible a bit but not by hundreds of dollars. Everything was going well until the "new finance manager" got involved. First he read my credit report wrong, obviously he's in the wrong job, he told us that my car payment was showing that it was double what it was suppose to be and that it was likely because we had a lapse in insurance. I have never had a lapse in insurance but he acted like he didn't believe us. I was panicked and of coarse called my loan company the next day and they weren't sure what he was talking about. Checked my credit report myself and what he was ACTUALLY looking at was that I had made a double payment the last time to pay some extra on it! My payment was showing correctly!!! Second he was so incredibly rude and told us we would have to do a new car because we are to upside in the currently vehicle but our payment would go up $400 more dollars! Wth?! No thank you. All he said was I figured and that was it. Now I'm looking somewhere else to get my suv and my husband's truck!
