Been trying to get hold of the GM he has been fired.
Have left 4 messages for Ms Keyes who is in charge never a call back. Seems she is also the problem of poor service at this beautiful property.
The room was very nice since it was the Ritz Carlton before. The staff friendly and helpful but the front desk manager was a insane. Poor skills with my problem of the valet couldn't find my car.
He screamed at me to get out of his office with my problem and refused to get me his bosses card.
For a Hilton hotel it was disgraceful his customer service. I was there to check the hotel out to book 30 rooms in December but will not give my convention business to them because of his unprofessional actions.
Come to find out today the GM was fired yesterday.
The hotel management is in a disaster mode.
