  • Spirit Tree Estate Cidery serves the best wood oven pizza in the GTA/vicinity. Their pastries and pies are equally delicious. The actual location is filled with country charm and beauty. HOWEVER, it's greatest downfall is their lack of customer service skills, specifically from their very rude servers. I've been there many times and only once did I get a nice server. They give the customer a lot of attitude. Last time I took friends there to have them try the pizza I've been raving about for months, and I was actually embarrased by the sheer rudeness of the server. Enough to say, my friends are not coming back. It's almost as if the management felt that because of their niche business and good product, they don't need to make the effort to provide good customer service. They are very wrong. Spirit Tree Estate Cidery Management, please improve your delivery of service and you'll find you are sitting on a gold mine.
