  • I've been here a few times and they always do a great job. Today a friend and I had an appt at 3pm but they were running behind so I didn't get seen till 3:30pm. The owner was super nice and she upgraded our pedicure to a deluxe at no charge. I wasn't expecting anything at all but that was so generous of her. Definitely what you call excellent customer service! I can see why they're always busy because they are great at what they do and they provide excellent customer service. I had Grace today and she was friendly, nice, & my pedicure experience was wonderful. FYI they also have a little beverage station in the back where you can get coffee, tea, soda, or water at no charge.
