  • Busy and difficult to get anyone`s attention. I even made an appointment online once and had to then wait in a 15 min line just to check-in for my appointment, thus making me late for said appointment. Either way I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for someone to come see me... and then it was a quick 5 impersonal session.
