  • I had a new hot water heater installed 16 months ago by a very incompetent service provider recommended by my home warranty company. 16 months later I have no hot water. AO Smith is the manufacturer of the hot water heater and they referred me to Sound Plumbing & Heating. Ulises Castillo was the service technician that came to diagnose the situation. He determined there was a crack in the tank. Because of the inexperienced tech that had installed it incorrectly, I needed an electrician to change out breakers and rewire the hot water heater. Ulises is such a professional, very competent, knowledgable and respectful. He explained to me everything that needed to be done and what he was going to do to rectify the mistakes of the previous tech. My hot water heater room looks completely different, all those old pipes running around the walls and connecting to u turns and going to the other side of the room are gone. Best of all I have hot water again!! Sean, who I believe is the owner was also very easy to talk to, I had an issue with the payment and he was so kind in his handling of the situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing to solve plumbing problems. I felt very comfortable having Ulises in my home. Great job, guys I can't thank you enough. Shannon S
