  • I was eager to visit this place for the experience. Well...I won't return again. It was my first time visiting. Most spas greet you and welcome you to their establishment. That did not happen. Also, there was not anyone to at least navigate the location for me. The guy behind the desk took immediate payment without giving me the opportunity to experience the massage first. It was a horrible experience from the start. I had a massage that was mediocre. She smacked me more than massaged me. I tried to take advantage of the rooms. Even though the signs say not to have cell phones, there were two employees sitting in the salt room with their cell phones "hiding." They were speaking loudly...another violation of the "rules" in the spa. So it was far from relaxing. To add insult to injury, the most absurd thing happened. My masseuse "Jessica" followed me out of the building as I was leaving demanding additional tip. I was appalled. Then "cursed" me in Korean as I walked away. Completely unprofessional! I will never return.
