I called and waited 30 minutes on hold to try and book flights with assigned seats using your military honors program. We needed them since we were traveling with an infant and couldn't risk being separated. The call center agent told me I'd have to pay for them then be reimbursed after my husband showed his veterans ID at the airport. That was a lie. Now after waiting almost 3 months to get a response to my email request for said refund, I get only a response stating we'll only get a credit which has to be used by May. This airline really should be ashamed of the way it treats it's military customers. You might as well not offer these "military benefits" if you aren't going to respect them. There doesn't seem to be a single person working there who actually cares about customer service and I was ignored when asked to be directed to a manager to file a formal complaint. I don't ever want to fly this airline again and I'll never recommend to anyone.
