  • Went to see Jonny Lang and Buddy Guy blues concert...the tickets said doors open at 5:00p.m. Concert starts at 6:00 p.m....keeping in mind it is 113 outside.. We arrived at 5:15 to an outside area in the sun and were not lined up to go inside the arena and have our tickets scanned until 6:00 p.m.. We then stand outside for 30 more minutes before they open the gates to the seating area. We take our seats at 6:30 and the first act for a 6:00 concert doesn't come out until 7:15...we have now been outside for two hours ...he finished playing at 8:15 and Buddy Guy didn't come on until 9:00...I think they should schedule these concerts earlier in the year so people don't die of heat stroke or put fans or misters in...Also don't advertise the concert starts at 6:00 if it doesn't start until 7:00...I gave 3 stars as the facility itself was clean and if the weather had been cooler it might have been tolerable.
