  • It is a very nice store. The store is very quiet and has an air of exclusivity. We went in to buy a scarf for a mother's day gift and the SA, Shirley, was quite well mannered and very patient. The only thing is that we came in a quite a bit more casual than the average Hermès customer and must've seemed hilariously out of place. Despite this, I never felt that we were talked down to and felt absolutely no pressure to buy, which can be an issue in many other stores. I would most definitely shop here again, and not because it is the only Hermès in the city.
