  • I am an ASU student and currently live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 3 other ASU students (two per room and bathroom). My roommates had been searching for apartmnets for over three months and when we found Rancho, it definitely exceeded our expectations! First of all, this complex is within biking distance of ASU (15 minutes) and on the Orbit route. Second, the rooms in the apartment easily fit two twin beds, two dressers and two desks, one for each person. The rest of the apartment is pretty spacious as well, and not to mention clean! We have not had any bug problems. Third, maintenance crew is relatively quick, office staff are SUPER friendly and helpful, and neighbors are never too loud (no college parties since the residents are a good mix of families and college students from ASU). Finally, the rent is extremely fair for what you're getting. These might not be luxury apartments like West 6 or The District, but Rancho is super cozy and feels like home :-)
