rev:text	I made an appointment the week of July 2nd for a windshield and wipers replacement. I was given an appointment between 10-2. The guy showed up at 3, not ready to to replace my windshield, instead he was ready to "repair" it and didnt have my windshield wipers. They rescheduled my appointment for that Saturday 6am-10am. He came within the time-frame and replaced the windshield, however he STILL didnt have my wipers to replace. It was the same excuse "sorry, i dont have the right equipment." what the heck! I mean I'm happy with the windshield but annoyed that I still was unable to get what I asked for 2 appointments ago.
