  • This place is a rip off -- be aware that when you're spending $400-$700+ for a party package, your game cards don't include arcade. That was not made clear when I did the tour and reserved the party or else I would have made sure to prepay cards or pay for the cards for our guests. There were other confused parties around us so I know it wasn't just us. We had to cater ourselves to food and the cake, other places usually handle all of this for you. We were basically rushed out of our room for the next party with inadequate warning, the whole thing felt rushed. Was also presented a bill. I paid everything in full prior. They corrected their mistake but how many other parents have just paid it not questioning it? I won't have another party here, neither will my friends who came. Save your money and sanity.
