  • I booked an appointment online. I showed up upon receiving a text that my turn was in 30 min only to find out I had 4 people in front of me that were walk-ins and I had at least an hour wait. I had to leave without being seen as I had to get to work. What a joke! What is the point of reserving a place in line online? Not to mention the desk staff was completely apathetic to my frustrations. NEVER AGAIN!
