  • The worst place to take your car to get fluids change, bad customer service bad management.. In conclusion don't go there at all, to make long story short, I took my lancer evo x mrt to get the 30k miles service and they change it, the next week the check engine light came on an seems like it was the awd pump or something I called them and I dropped the car and they said it was just a switch .. And I quote " it'll cost you 45$ to get it done, and I said go ahead and do it since it was just 45$ and when I went to pay for it, the bill came out 220$ seems like they never mention me that the WHOLE BILL WOULD BE THAT MUCH, and when I call them the next, day the service department guy told me very rude , what!! do you think we are going to replace it for free?? And I said why no one told me that the final bill would be that much .... Anyways since I wasn't happy for the answer of the service department guy I gave them a bad review, and the next day the MANAGER of the service department called me very angry and demanding the reason why I gave them a bad review and I explains him my experience and he started to yelled at me, don't ever come back to this dealer!!! I tried to call the store manager and I haven't hear from them .. Overall don't go to this place to get your car fix, it's not worth the time ... I wish the store manager from South Park Mitsubishi would call me to get an answer about this guy ..
