I don't know about this place. I have been here twice now, and both times nothing really "stood out". The staff I've encountered have all been quite surly, so don't be surprised if they roll their eyes at you when you ask for something besides tea. Though I will say they are efficient and are fast to bring you tea and menus, as well as take your order sheet.
The food came out fast (like 5 minutes after ordering fast). My pho had a very strange smell to it, almost like remnants of dish soap. The beef in it was also not rare as advertised. It was very tough and grey, which made me think that it had been microwaved. My brother got the Curry Shrimp on Rice. The shrimp were the tiniest shrimp I've ever seen in my life. Like the size of a fingernail small. They charge $12 for basically a bunch of rice and 6 tiny shrimp. Not impressed to say the least!
I will say the place is clean and the older lady who is the cashier is very nice. But I just don't know if that is enough to bring me back here. Maybe I will give it one more chance, but for now I'm undecided.
