  • This is the second evening I have come over for a beer as my kids are at Laserquest (today and Putting Edge yesterday). So I come over to have a beer and it's the first time I have been here. The first impression was the smell...not a pleasant smell but like a greasy kitchen smell. I have heard how their chicken's pretty good and preferred over Swiss Chalet but after the service I had...NO WAY! First let me say, how can I pay tips right in the beginning when I cannot judge the service? A bunch of under aged servers made me wait 20 minutes for a beer (yesterday) and today 10 minutes. Honestly, hire more aged 19 years older servers or let me pour my own beer! Today I sat in a 4 seater and was asked politely to move to a 2 seater as they needed it for 4 people. I moved my own plate and everything off the table to accommodate...them 2 minutes later, 2 people sat down at my old table...wtf?? I then asked the host what happened and he was polite and apologized. They need to have a capable manager make some smart decisions as I will not be coming back to this location due to incompetent service. I'm not sure if I will EVER go to a Nando's as I'm not impressed. I tried the peri peri sauce and meh...it's all right.
