  • Unbelievable service - or non-service should I say....tried to make my life easier by ordering online and using their pick up service for the very first time....I have always been a Prime now user and after tonight I will stick with that! I ordered my groceries; choose a pick up time from 6-7; at 6:15 there was no pick up instructions so I called the number and was told 30 minutes- I ran to do an errand and after 30 minutes still nothing so I called again.....this time 15 minutes.....I called again at 7:15 now and was told another 10 minutes....I left and said I would send my husband back....I called again 7:45 ....they said ok let me call u back this time.....then they closed at 8 and my order was not complete! They just closed the pick up line; stopped answering calls for the day and left!!! Tried to call the manager ( Brandon Jenkins ) was told he was on another line and would call back....no call back so I called again and this time he was unloading a truck and couldn't talk....unbelievable!!!!!! Can't wait to call corporate tomorrow!
