  • I would give no stars if possible. After they got into my computer it was left running slower than ever. More problems than when they started. Don't believe a word they say about refunds if you are not satisfied, they did not issue a refund to us after 2 weeks - my husband made the tragic error of paying for a 2 year contract! now we have dumped our money down the drain. Worse, really, because it is worse now than before they "fixed" it. Horrible company, Dishonest, Unethical. Unresponsive.
