  • We are staying for the week and so far we had one problem with the sink which they fixed immediately. Grounds are nice room is lovely. Don't love the pillows but everybody has a different preference. What absolutely makes this hotel stand out is the amazing staff here. Mark drove the shuttle-so helpful and kind. I asked him to take me to a nearby salon but he told me about another place half that price. Amazing. Greg at the front desk, when the bar was closed... I asked to get a couple drinks for an anniversary celebration. He unlocked the bar with a smile...so sweet and kind. Lori at the bar had us rolling with laughter and was up for a philosophical conversation as well. We almost went back to the bar last night just to hang with her again. Steve from the dining room saw me getting coffee in the lobby after the continental breakfast time was over. He asked if I wanted a fresh cup. He asked if I wanted something to eat . Dining room was closed because I was a few minutes late. He opened the dining area and said there was still food out to have whatever I wanted. He went to great lengths to take care of me. Such a gentleman. I was there alone and we talked for quite a while. Also met David there. Very nice people... Warm and welcoming. I want that salsa recipe David. The woman who greeted us...Lauren, was so very sweet with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this hotel for a happy peaceful stay with the best staff I have ever seen. One star short because of the cleaning lady who was reluctant to give me 5 for minutes to finished getting dressed because she was "going home in 20 minutes" and a couple other minor things.
