rev:text	I suggest to proceed with caution when making an appointment with Cynthia. She is very nice at first but as soon as there is an issue, disagreement, or misunderstanding, her attitude becomes extremely nasty. I have gotten my hair done with her twice prior to this incident and thought I wanted her to be my long-term stylist because I trusted her with my hair. If you want your hair to grow definitely get it done by her but be sure not to get on her bad side.. Less than 48 hours before my scheduled appointment, Cynthia asked me to come the night before my appointment to get my hair done because it was her daughter's birthday the day of my scheduled appointment and her scheduling system made an error. Mind you, my appointment was booked two months prior to this and her daughter was born years ago! Later, I asked Cynthia to reschedule my appointment because I was not going to be able to make it during the time that she asked me to reschedule to. Instead of Cynthia being understanding and business-minded, she proceeded to withdraw the entire cost of service from my account totaling $280.00 and services were not rendered. She told me I could still come during my appointment time after I asked to reschedule but by this time, I no longer wanted her to do my hair. I proceeded to ask for a refund and Cynthia's response was are you kidding me and to send me back screenshots of previous messages from our conversation. About 15 minutes after she texted me, she called me and left a voicemail that I noticed after I checked my blocked voicemails; I figured that this was not going to be handled trying to reason with her so I blocked her number. In this voicemail, she stated that since I asked for a refund after being charged for services that were not rendered, she was going to send over screenshots to a person that has been harassing me for that person to post me on their Facebook page. As a stylist and a licensed person providing customer service, I am shocked that she would go as far as to threaten and bully me on my voicemail after I asked to be refunded for services that were not rendered with no regard and a nonchalant attitude. Now, she is withholding my funds so I am unable to dispute the charges.
