  • This is THE blues bar to visit in Phoenix. Wild and diverse crowd, amazing blues/jazz bands, and cheap drinks all wrapped up in a traditional dive-bar atmosphere. A dance floor and outdoor patio complete the ensemble. I always have a blast when I visit Char's. Most weekends the place is totally packed. Parking can be an issue and the neighborhood is not exactly one of the swankiest in Phoenix..
