  • Since my horrible experience with this hotel in Oct 2015 the general manager has contacted me and apologized for the problems the hotel was having. Last year 2017 during the Cavs playoffs run (Apr 2017) I decided to try out this hotel again and to my surprise and delight the elevators were fixed and the wifi was operating in a acceptable manor. I can once again say that this is my goto hotel when I go to Cleveland for a CAVS game. Friendly staff, dinner in the hotel, clean rooms, and you can hit the Quicken Loans arena with a rock this hotel is so close to the arena. This is a average hotel with a extraordinary location. I've already booked my room for a CAVS playoff game in Apr 2018. I'm back to loving you Radisson Cleveland-Gateway.
