  • As a new home owner, I know nothing about septic tanks. Mike was courteous and helpful, informing me of the various avenues to keep up with the septic "health" so to speak, to prevent any further issues. It makes me comfortable that I can trust and rely on a company who can help me fix my problem and make sure I stay on top of the system. With so much going on with the new house it's nice to know they do not care about coming back and gouging money out of me, but rather help me make sure I keep my costs down. When I need it pumped or if I fail to keep up, I will be calling this company again.
