For some reason we've been using this pharmacy for years, I say "for some reason" because it is the WORST pharmacy ever. It's like a shock to them that they're a PHARMACY and that they should have medications. Almost every single month they are "out" of medications that are common and that we have been getting every month for years. I've encountered many very rude workers, as well as people who just seem to be completely clueless. Just this week I tried to get two prescriptions filled and they were out of one of them (of course) so I ended up taking it to Walgreens. They had the antibiotic in stock, but I got all the way home before I realized they charged the wrong amount. Supposed to be $5 and they charged $40, even though our insurance is in their system and has been for years, so I had to go all the way back to get a refund. They have given us wrong medications before (one which could have killed my mother had she not realized it was wrong) and you better be prepared to wait in line in the drive through for 20 minutes, or go inside and wait 20 minutes there too. Complained to corporate multiple times and they never seem to improve. I think it's time to switch to Walgreens for good even if it's a much longer commute.
