  • My wife bought some lingerie at another Dillard's and the sales person there assured her that the items were the proper size. Needless to say, not even close. When she tried to wear said item, she could only wear them a couple of hours till they became too uncomfortable. Obviously the salesperson at the Dillard's shops at was more interested in making as sale and getting on to the next customer to making a sale of a garmet that fit correctly. She had already planned to return the items to the Dillard's she bought them at but since we were down at Carolina Place and she had them in the car, she went here. The Sales Staff could not have been nicer. What Northlake had sold her were three sizes to small and were cutting into her chest. The sales clerk spent almost an hour with my wife but when she left , she had exactly what she needed and wanted. Great Store and Great Staff
