HORRIBLE!
I placed a order setup for Valentines day and it never arrived.
I called and couldn't get through because it was so busy.
I then called then next day and they said sorry but all they can do is give me 30% of my money back because the flowers "Were delivered and received by Hand!"
So then I emailed customer service and I received a response from Ella P apologizing and saying that the "Flowers were never actually delivered" because they fell behind due to the holiday.
She said to make up for it she would deliver the flowers 'Today' and I would get 50% off on my next purchase..WTF why would I want that after Valentines day and why would I want to use the service again.
Any how..those flowers never even arrived AGAIN!
So I call customer service and provide all my info including the order number. She tells me sorry but I don't see any of your info in my system. She then tells me to call the number on the 'website. I ask her do you work for 'Teleflora and she says yes. I then tell her the number I called "IS the number on the website." She then says call the florist, I said can you provide me with the name or number of the florist and she says she doesnt know it. WTF!!!!
I finally just call my bank and stop the charge. This experience has been absolutely horrible. 0 stars if I could.
