  • I wanted to give them 0 stars, but couldn't. Was given an appt on Sat through my home warranty for Mon 11-3. Had toilet constant running and broken shut off handle, so appt was urgent. Mon at 8:00am 5 Star calls to make an appt for me for Tues. I say no I have an appt for today, long story short, 5 Star lied and they are unreliable. HW co said 5 Star makes the appt times.
