| - Like the user above me, (Andy B.) , I was also immensely disappointed by the flower nook on Valentine's Day. My boyfriend had pre-ordered flowers for me on the special day, and called the day of to confirm it's delivery. They assured him, but the day passed and no flowers. He thought maybe they were just running late, but 9pm rolled around and still - nothing. It was time for dinner, so we went out, had dinner, came back and still NOTHING. He was really pissed off at this point, considering he left specific instructions to call him if I wasn't home. So obviously that was not the problem since NO CALL. He also preceded to call them 10+ times, NO ANSWER. He was so upset about disappointing me, and also FURIOUS. The answering machine said the latest delivery was at 5pm, but at 12pm STILL NOTHING!!! The flowers just showed up outside my house in the freezing cold at 2AM when he was leaving my place, and some of the roses were damaged from the cold. 2AM?!!!?!? It wasn't even Valentine's Day anymore.
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, when I called in, the customer service was horrible. The lady tried to blame it on the weather conditions. I said that they should've had more trucks, she said UH WE DID, we had over ____ trucks. Well obviously whatever amount of trucks they prepared were not enough. She then offered me a discount for the next order as compensation...... I let her know that there will NOT be a next time. If you want a dependable service, go elsewhere.
