  • I will never I repeat never be back to this place. They do not know how to run this company. I worked for a luxury dealership for over a year back in Chicago and this place doesn't even come close to how they treat their customers. Every single time I have to call and schedule they're always booked and I'm surprised because of such horrible ratings on here that they're that busy. In Chicago I called and they would make accommodations for me to come in that same day! I never had an issue with the Chicago Chevy dealership. Speaking to these workers you can truly tell these workers don't want to be here. They hate theirs jobs, so why keep working and making customers miserable? I have worked with several workers one I remember by the name of John. I swear these people don't smile don't laugh they don't do anything. They're not friendly. They seriously don't give a crap about you. Each and every time I've come in I told them specifically to WASH MY CAR! How many times do I have to tell them? When you're done servicing my car wash my damn car. You just run it through the machine or whatever! Every time I come out after waiting over an hour my car isn't washed and I have to walk back every flipping time to remind them again and then have to wait another 15min!!! The seating area is filthy and the workers are stuck up as hell. I have no idea how this place is still running. They need to find someone else to run this place because clearly upper management isn't doing a damn about it. You just lost a customer I am going to drive all the way to the camelback road location, which is 45 min from my house. I called that place and they had no problem getting me in on a Saturday when I'm free. They even offer a shuttle, which I can imagine each dealership has to have one, but gateway never mentioned a single thing about that. The gentleman was sweet with me and was able to work with me. Thank god I never have to step my foot into your location again. Consumers trust me go elsewhere. I'm a Chicago girl and were picky individuals and want things to be perfect and this place is filth and a disgust to businesses.
