Ordered parts that were supposed to arrive and be ready for me to pickup on a Friday. I about 330p on Friday knowing that they close at 5p to see if the parts had come in. I was asked for details to verify the order and then told multiple times "We will call you when it comes in." Fast forward to Tuesday... I call again around 330p to see if the parts are in. A couple questions to verify the order and a brief hold later I was told the parts are in.
I head over to pick up, walk in the parts department and stand there while an employee walks right past without a word. No greeting or inquiry as to any help I may need. Then answered the phone and got on the computer. It felt like he was purposely avoiding me. So weird. I finally initiated some contact and got my parts.
If I hadn't called I don't think they would've notified me that my parts arrived and they're not friendly. If I they didn't have the part for half the price of amazon and eBay they'd have 1 star.
