  • I'm from California and we own a house here in Summerlin Vegas. I have been craving frozen yogurt for the past few days, and I started to look on my maps/yelp for what would be good. Sadly, this place had awful reviews. I had just had a terrible, and I mean terrible experience at a different frozen yogurt place before hesitantly coming to Menchies. I kept telling my boyfriend how bad this place could be based on some experiences I had previously read. I was thrilled, with this place, and I cannot wait to come back again when we visit our Vegas house again in a couple months. It was clean, friendly, and amazing flavors. There were so many toppings, the waffle cones were no additional cost, and they had sample cups waiting and ready to go! I felt terrible because I got myself a waffle cone, and I usually get tart, I had to sample because the place I went before I almost threw up, the tart tasted like expired milk, so I was scared what theirs was going to taste like. It was perfect. But I realized that I didn't want the waffle cone with tart, and I felt bad. I asked another one of the workers what to do, or if they could just charge me an extra dollar because I felt so bad, and she said I could just throw it away and it was no problem. She was very sweet! When I went over to the toppings I realized the boba was low, and when I asked if they had more the very sweet cashier went and got a full new bin! My boyfriend got peanut butter froyo and wanted it with another flavor but he wasn't sure what would go, so he chose vanilla and immediately regretted it. He asked if he could remove the vanilla and just do all peanut butter, and they had no issue with it! I ended up ripping the cashier $2. He was incredibly friendly, welcomed us, and was on duty the entire time, even before we walked in. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful experience, this is like our yogurtland! Can't wait to come back!
