  • **This business has changed to Gentle Dental** So, I'm no longer as happy as I used to be. Which is a real bummer because this was so convenient for me. It started with an appointment that disappeared of their books so they "squeezed" me in but probably because I was already pissed about leaving the office early to make it. The workers I've experienced in the last two visits were decent but the rapport and enthusiasm wasn't there. I've had lots of dental work done and I hate having to explain and prove myself to new people. They didn't charge me my copay at the door but remembered weeks later. Overall, the lack of consistency and good customer service is annoying.
