  • Great! As a new owner of an adopted 5 year old lab i researched various reviews on veterinarians in my area. The first impression from my initial phone call was met with knowledge and respectful information by Lori. I was given all the information on what to bring and how to prepare my buddy for his first visit. I had to wait past my appointment time but it was explained they were handling an emergency situation with someone else's companion. I respect the fact and hope should I ever be in that situation I would be treated the same. The cost fir the services received was very reasonable and the staff so kind and gracious. Dr.Dellar was AMAZING! I felt extremely confident and Dr Dollar answered each if my long list of questions. I feel fortunate my big guy will have these people caring for him! I am glad my original plan with another vet in the "Dilworth" area was cancelled due to that vet and staffs poor first impression.
