  • Filled out an online form - followed up the next day with a phone call. They were too busy to answer one simple question which made me hesitant to use this baker. This could have been a big order with plenty of future work. A Customer Service 101 class may be appropriate. If you're this overwhelmed and rude, hire someone to help out.
