  • After Gaye and I talked when reaching out to me regarding the past reviews of '3' rating, I found out that Mr Mall will not accept me anymore as patient even I was given one more extra injection for the error made earlier from them after I was trying to ask them why I was burning after getting the service when I never had that problem before from other past injections.Finally, I was told why being I have some disabilities that I'm concerned with. My understanding i'm putting their life on line when rating this low when they are getting mostly all '5's here and other good reviews elsewhere; but realizing when I emailed them and not getting their responses not knowing they were all out of town not picking up wifi's and not having emails/phone forwarded letting people know they are gone few days that would have helped.Other people rating mostly '5' on them that's good but not everyone are like them. Overall experience from there till I finally got with Gaye till the tail end, this happens that I had a complete different past experience especially certain staff's demeanor that could improve tremendously and to really be there for their customers who felt wasn't 100% there for them. Sometimes, misunderstandings can be the culprit or relationship rapport.
