  • I had a decent experience at first, the dentist and staff seemed really nice. I received a coupon to refer someone and receive $100 off an office treatment. I ended up referring my sister (who didn't really enjoy her experience), and then called to set up to have some fillings done. I then inquired about the $100 off, to have the office assistant say that it was actually going to be $50...and I asked why and she said maybe it was because it was a relative of mine. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, since I still had technically referred someone (relative or not). Basically, kind of a misleading promotion. Not to mention, we both received bills from our insurance companies saying they were trying to charge us for something extra. Luckily, when I called the dentist office they said there wasn't a bill (just weird it happened to both of us). All in all, I ended up cancelling my appointment for a cleaning & the fillings.
