  • I have to say that my salesman was great at the store and very easy to work with. We are repeat customers since 2005. The delivery was on-time as scheduled. The reason for the low rating is because the delivery guys left large staples all over the house. There was a staple sticking out of the foot board near the mattress that I didn't see. When I went to make the bed, the staple caught my ring finger and ripped it open. Very painful! I called the store manager (Barbara) and let her know that they should be sure to remove all the staples from the packaging.
