  • I went in this Apple Store with a catastrophe. My hard drive had failed and I needed some important documents I had worked on after my backup. and thanks to EMPLOYEE DEV who definitely deserves a promotion I was able to get my data recovered and OS installed for free. He worked on my computer for 1.5 hours despite numerous failures and kept trying and providing reasonable suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about products and was very eloquent and elaborate with everything. This star is going to put this Apple Store back in the good books.
