  • Out of convenience I used to frequent this Tim Hortons regularly. Won't be going back after the rude treatment I received today. Over the last few months I've seen management at this shop berate and talk down to staff, publicly argue with each other, and watched as the quality of their food goes down (if that's possible for a timmies) This morning I was publicly chastised by the incredibly rude staff for requesting a tray to carry my two coffees. Now I understand that requesting a tray for two coffees may not be normal, but I had good reason for the request. To be rudely dismissed by counter staff and publicly called out it just a bit too much. Several of the staff at this location are great and it's been a pleasure seeing them over the years. But the managing personnel's inability to foster a good work environment for their staff and an enjoyable experience for customers has pushed me out. After today I'll be recommending to family and friends to find another source for their cheap coffee and reheated donuts . Bye timmies.
