  • Kristen gave the worst service I have ever had. Not only did the sever yell at me for explaining what was wrong with my friends food but she also told me "it's not that serious." I have been a server for 7 years and if I would have acted that way at work I would have been fired. It was my friend's birthday as well so we came in excited and left disappointed. The manager however was respectful and promptly tried to get our problems solved in a calm manner.
