  • AVOID THIS STORE. The owners are rude, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and their return policy is exchange or store credit ONLY (while most other yarn stores WILL REFUND you for unwound yarn with a receipt, within a certain time frame). There are plenty of better yarn shops in Montreal : Espace tricot, La Maison Tricotée, Effiloché, La Bobineuse, Les tricoteuse de Quartier ... - to mention only those. All of them will give you much better advice for the project you want to knit and, most importantly, will treat you with respect and not make you feel like you are disturbing them. :(
